Start with the final approach
A ticket to Vietri sul Mare does not take you all the way to the property. Vietri’s town centre, Marina di Vietri and Marina d’Albori are different places. Before booking connections, send us your expected arrival time, the size of your party and how much luggage you will bring. Ask for the exact meeting point and save the instructions offline. Contact us on WhatsApp before travelling. We meet you at the top of the approximately 200 steps and accompany you to the home. Pack manageable luggage; any luggage assistance needs a separate agreement.
From the airport or railway station
From Naples Airport, compare an onward connection to Napoli Centrale and a train to Salerno with a prearranged private transfer. Use the official airport and train websites for your date; do not rely on a timetable copied into an old travel article. From Salerno, plan the connection towards Vietri and then the final local stretch. Leave a comfortable margin after a flight.
Pack for the steps
Approximately 200 steps form part of the land route. Consider both carrying your bags down and climbing back up during the stay. Several manageable bags can be more practical than one very heavy suitcase, provided you can carry them safely. Wear secure shoes and keep water accessible. Do not assume porter assistance is included: discuss any help in advance.
When arriving by sea makes sense
On request and paid separately, indicatively June–September. Departure from Marina di Vietri sul Mare; around five minutes by boat. Season, price and availability are confirmed for each request; in rough seas use the land route. A public ferry ticket to Vietri does not include a direct transfer to the holiday homes. Partner parking on via Costiera Amalfitana, about 50 m from the start of the steps: €15 per day, subject to change, reservation required.
